Oklahoma Turnpike Authority Driving Forward Capital Program

As the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's long-serving bond counsel, Hawkins worked closely with the Authority in developing its $1.1 billion Driving Forward turnpike modernization program.  This $480 million transaction was the program's first financing tranche.  The bonds were secured by toll, concession and motor fuel tax revenues. The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority manages the largest toll road system in the United States.
