Hawkins Partner, Gülgün Uğur, has been awarded the Oregon Government Finance Officers Association (OGFOA) Honorary Life Member Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to government finance in Oregon.
The award, one of OGFOA’s highest honors, acknowledges individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service, leadership, and dedication to the field of public finance. Gülgün represents large and small local governments throughout Oregon in a wide variety of public finance transactions.
OGFOA presented the award at its annual Spring conference in Seaside, OR, where colleagues and peers celebrated Gülgün’s impact on the industry.
