Niles has served as bond counsel and underwriters’ counsel on numerous health care, educational, and other 501(c)(3) facility financings issued by many state and local issuers. He brings value to his clients by focusing on their individualized needs and facilitating transactions to reach their objectives. Niles finds great fulfillment in helping health care and higher education institutions improve their facilities to better serve the public. Prior to joining Hawkins, Niles served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence R. Jones, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, Ocean Vicinage.
