Adam focuses on the federal tax aspects of public finance, serving as bond counsel on various types of transactions across the country.
Prior to joining Hawkins, Adam worked as a senior associate in the real estate transaction tax group of a Big Four public accounting firm, where he performed M&A tax due diligence and structuring services, primarily for REIT clients.
