Hawkins Promotes Associates to Partnership and Counsel

Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP is pleased to announce the election of Christopher Taylor and Samuel Litton to the Partnership and Megan Sartor to Counsel.

Chris Taylor joined the firm in 2007 as an Associate, and served as Counsel in 2018 and 2019.  Chris has significant experience representing state governmental entities, municipalities and public agencies across the country in structuring procurements and drafting and negotiating contracts for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of public infrastructure on an alternative project delivery basis, including public-private partnerships.

Sam Litton joined the firm in 2014 as an Associate after practicing corporate and securities law in New York City.  He has been involved in a wide variety of public finance transactions as Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel and Borrower’s Counsel, in the sectors of transportation, public power, and renewable energy, and for projects benefiting cultural institutions.

They are both residents in the New York Office.

Megan Sartor joined the firm in 2008 as an Associate.  She focuses her practice on the procurement and implementation of infrastructure projects on an alternative delivery basis, including public-private partnerships, in the solid waste management, recycling, renewable energy, residuals, water and wastewater treatment sectors.  She is a resident in the Newark, New Jersey office.
