Hawkins Elects David Handler to Partner

Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP is pleased to announce the election of David Handler to the partnership effective January 1, 2017.

Mr. Handler practices in the firm’s healthcare and higher education group. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has represented various bond issuing authorities, qualified 501(c)3 institutions and investment banking firms in connection with a multitude of hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, retirement community, college, university, independent school and cultural institution tax-exempt and taxable bond financings.
