Every bond transaction requires the careful involvement of many players. In this session of the program, Lisa will examine the roles that the issuer, underwriter, financial advisor, bond counsel, trustee, and rating agencies play in a bond transaction. She will discuss the responsibilities of each player, selecting the right team of partners, and any special documents that need to be produced.
